In a nutshell – what awaits you

• Identification of improvement potentials and search for best practice solutions
• Optimization of processes according to common lean methods
• Execution of process analyses and creation of key figures
• Active support of change processes (change management)
• Coordination, further development and operational support of the operational improvement system

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualification
• Very good IT knowledge in MS-Office
• First knowledge in Lean methods, presentation or also moderation
• Interest in improvement and change management
• Fun to work in an interdisciplinary, family-oriented team
