Commissioning service
The commissioning of your production line takes place at a location of your choice and includes the operational readiness of the roll forming line and a basic instruction of your operating personnel. It includes exemplary:
Alignment and fastening of the plant, incl. fastening material, mechanical linkage to the downstream machine and connection to your production processes, if you entrust us with this task. We take care of the cabling up to the control cabinet and the electrical connection as well as the piping up to the hydraulic unit and commission the plant components. In addition, your employees receive instruction during commissioning and get to know the roll forming machine in the best possible way. Thanks to our standardized acceptance protocol, no point remains unresolved. At the end of the commissioning service, we carry out a test run to ensure that the roll forming machine is ready for operation.

CE-marking
All companies in the European Economic Area (EEA) must apply the latest EU safety regulations. The CE marking confirms conformity with the European directives. These directives are implemented in German laws and must be complied with by German laws. The CE mark is the proof required by law that the roll forming line has been built in accordance with the applicable machinery directives. Production operation of a new plant without a CE mark is not permitted in the EEA.
Profilmetall Engineering supplies you with the offered roll forming machine components to an interlinked roll forming line. The CE conformity of the supplied components is confirmed by the manufacturer’s declaration. After the plant components have been joined together (“interlinked plants”), the complete plant must be CE-certified. Profilmetall Engineering offers CE certification of the complete plant as an additional service. Our quotations for plant component and roll forming machine interlinked roll forming lines include suggestions for protective devices. We will be happy to discuss the exact scope with your safety officer.
